I am a born and bred Yankee hailing originally from Boston, Mass. Although I miss the Bay State, and all that it has to offer (especially the Red Sox), there is nothing that beats this North Carolina weather!!

I moved here in 1996 with my husband, 2 children and assorted pets. Having relocated my family several times, I understand the toll of such an undertaking, and work hard to make your total move as seamless as possible. I have had to explain to a young child why he had to move away from his best friend, and I've kept a house show-ready-clean with two boys and puppy (I should have owned stock in Windex!). I even moved a family of goldfish in a large plastic box, with a hole in the lid for a portable filter, and the fish survived! In every case, the move was worth the aggravation and the pain because we all lived to tell about it. I love my job!!

I became a Realtor in 1997 because several of my experiences in buying and selling homes had been unpleasant and stressful. I never felt that my agent was representing me. I've tried to use those negative experiences to fuel my efforts to offer a complete level of service to my clients, whether buying or selling property. I have wonderful partners in this business. They have proven time and again that they are the best at what they do. These professionals are the ones that I trust with my own home and family, and they are the only ones that I would entrust with yours. Moving is one of the most stressful of life's events - right up there with changing jobs, getting married and having children.

Working and playing in this town, educating my children here, and serving on countless church, school and community committees, has given me an insight to life here, which I willingly share with my clients.
